I booked a session with Christina at Pure Good Vibes after realising a lack of stretching and general physical maintenance had caught up with me, leaving me with a lot of stiffness in my muscles and joints across my entire body.
Christina used a combination of sports massage and cupping, which worked wonders. The treatment released an incredible amount of built-up tension. Really lovely! Booked a massage for sore lower back and already feeling much better. Christina was very friendly and so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice and explained why certain muscles were aching. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend! The massage hut had lovely aircon in this heatwave and is really nice and comfortable. Five stars x
